Menguante Light offers handcrafted lighting pieces and design objects made using natural and artisanal materials.
Because many of our products are handcrafted, each piece may have unique variations in color, texture, veining, shape, finish, and other characteristics. Variations resulting from the natural properties of materials such as stone, marble, bronze, ceramic, and wood are inherent to the product and are not considered defects.
Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. Actual colors and finishes may vary slightly depending on lighting conditions, photography, and individual screen settings.
Dimensions listed on the website are approximate unless otherwise specified.
2. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Certain Menguante Light products are handcrafted and made to order.
Production and shipping times will be indicated on the corresponding product page or communicated to the customer at the time of purchase.
Made-to-order products are produced specifically for each customer. Therefore, cancellations, returns, or exchanges may be subject to specific conditions, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If Menguante Light is unable to fulfill an order within the estimated timeframe communicated to the customer, we will contact the customer and provide the applicable options in accordance with the laws governing the transaction.
3. ORDERS
When you place an order through our website, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products.
An order will be considered accepted once Menguante Light confirms the order and payment has been successfully processed.
Menguante Light reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of product unavailability, pricing or inventory errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If an order is cancelled by Menguante Light after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

All prices displayed on the website are stated in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.
Applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, import charges, brokerage fees, or other government-imposed charges may vary depending on the destination country and applicable law.

Menguante Light currently ships to selected destinations in the United States, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic.
Shipping and delivery times displayed on the website are estimates and may vary depending on production time, destination, carrier, customs procedures, weather, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.
Menguante Light is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may result in additional delays.
